MYTHS and TRUTHS






 ➽MYTH -  Your sight deteriorates when you read in dark or on a monitor.
➽TRUTH- Your eyes get tired quickly after this way,but recover after rest.



➽MYTH- We only use 10% of our brain.
➽TRUTH-Most of the brain cortex works at full capacity even when we are sleep.


➽MYTH- Drinking beer can make you overweight.
➽TRUTH- Beer is low fat product.Fatty beer snacks makes you overweight.


➽MYTH-It's easier to catch a cold, when it's actually cold outside.
➽TRUTH-Colds are cause by viruses not by air temperature.


➽MYTH- Chocolate is bad for your health.
➽TRUTH-A piece of dark chocolate can be beneficial.



➽MYTH- Olive oil is low in calories.
➽TRUTH- It has many calories as  any other oils have, but it is healthier. 


➽MYTH- gives you more energy.
➽TRUTH- Causes insomnia and obesity.
